Ideal Introduction
Shaking up daily life with ideals

Implementation Groups is a small-group classification that divides the 32 types into 4 by how new things are implemented in society. The Ideal Introduction group is the group that shakes the inertia of daily life with humanitarian ideals.

The Character of This Group

In the primary source, this group (masculine→feminine, tactical) is described as follows.

These are intermediate types in the transition from masculine to feminine, in whom the masculine origin still prevails. Their field of activity lies in the humanitarian and social domain. They tear down and destroy patterned daily life and implement humanitarian ideals locally. They move from large groups to small groups.

── From V. Gulenko, "Waves of Aging and Renewal ── Directions of Progress Linked to Jungian Aspects" (1996)

The Ideal Introduction group takes ideals and values, not technology, as the object of implementation. And conversely to the Social Establishment group, which maintains and permeates customs, this group first shakes existing inertia and patterns, and drives in new ideals locally.

This group contains enthusiasts and motivators who rouse people, and bearers of inner motivation who enter deeply into people's hearts. Rather than dealing with large groups, they narrow their aim and work on small groups. Their strength is the power to move stagnant air and kindle a fire in people's inner being. On the other hand, with weight on local shaking, the establishment in wider society is left to other roles.

The Ideal Introduction group is determined by the combination of the object of implementation (Ethics) and the manner of implementation (Result). Logic targets technology and systems; Ethics targets ideals and customs. Result heads toward local breakthrough; Process heads toward wide dissemination.

AxisMeaning
EthicsA judgment that grasps things by human relations, emotion, and value. Takes ideals and social customs as the object of implementation
ResultAn approach that draws boundaries and locally breaks through. Introduces at one point, bringing the maximum perturbation (convergent)

Model K Sub-classification ── Extroversion / Introversion

This group is further divided into two by the direction of energy (Extroversion / Introversion). Extroverted types act outwardly and move the field; introverted types take on a role of supporting, regulating, and deepening from within. In the Model K Q/D system, each pole contains 4 types.

Extroverted ── Acting outwardly

As enthusiasts and motivators who rouse people, they tend to act outwardly.

Introverted ── Supporting from within

They tend to enter deeply into people's hearts and work as inner motivation.

※ This extroversion / introversion division is common to all 4 groups, subdividing Implementation Groups overall into 8 sub-groups. The above indicates tendencies at the group level and is not a definitive statement about individual types.

Internal Structure ── Average Comfort 42.9

The 8 types of the Ideal Introduction group are not a tightly-bound group sharing values like a Quadra. Alongside Compass, Belonging, Kindred, and Resonance relations, the group also includes tense relations such as Quasi-Identity and Codependency. It is a practical gathering of people in different positions bound by heading toward "the same implementation role."
