Social Establishment
Rooting customs into society

Implementation Groups is a small-group classification that divides the 32 types into 4 by how new things are implemented in society. The Social Establishment group is the group that roots ideals and customs into society as a whole.

The Character of This Group

In the primary source, this group (most feminine, strategic) is described as follows.

These are the most feminine types, in whom right‑side (Process) progress and ethical temperament are joined together. They maintain established social customs, or implement and stabilize new customs. They work at the junction of the social and the humanitarian ── mass thought, propaganda, show business.

── From V. Gulenko, "Waves of Aging and Renewal ── Directions of Progress Linked to Jungian Aspects" (1996)

The Social Establishment group broadly roots ideals and values as customs and common sense across society as a whole. While the Ideal Introduction group drives them in locally, this group permeates them toward the masses and stabilizes them.

This group contains propagandists, impresarios, and entertainers who address the masses, and bearers of quiet movement toward new stereotypes (shared types). Mass thought, advertising, and show business are its stage. Their strength is the permeating power to establish ideals as customs shared by many people. On the other hand, with weight on establishment and maintenance, they tend to be less suited to the role of breaking existing types themselves.

The Social Establishment group is determined by the combination of the object of implementation (Ethics) and the manner of implementation (Process). Logic targets technology and systems; Ethics targets ideals and customs. Result heads toward local breakthrough; Process heads toward wide dissemination.

AxisMeaning
EthicsA judgment that grasps things by human relations, emotion, and value. Takes ideals and social customs as the object of implementation
ProcessAn approach that unfolds broadly and systematically. Heads toward mass implementation and dissemination (divergent)

Model K Sub-classification ── Extroversion / Introversion

This group is further divided into two by the direction of energy (Extroversion / Introversion). Extroverted types act outwardly and move the field; introverted types take on a role of supporting, regulating, and deepening from within. In the Model K Q/D system, each pole contains 4 types.

Extroverted ── Acting outwardly

As propagandists and impresarios who address the masses, they tend to spread outward.

Introverted ── Supporting from within

They tend to quietly promote movement toward new shared types from the inside.

※ This extroversion / introversion division is common to all 4 groups, subdividing Implementation Groups overall into 8 sub-groups. The above indicates tendencies at the group level and is not a definitive statement about individual types.

Internal Structure ── Average Comfort 42.9

The 8 types of the Social Establishment group are not a tightly-bound group sharing values like a Quadra. Alongside Compass, Belonging, Kindred, and Resonance relations, the group also includes tense relations such as Quasi-Identity and Codependency. It is a practical gathering of people in different positions bound by heading toward "the same implementation role."
