This group includes administrators and socializers who attend to the well-being of particular individuals. Its management style is socially-oriented. The character of the group contains elements of social justice and charity.

To take in information as "crumbs" means to stack up the concrete ── the texture, form, and state of a place ── as a series of reliable, particular things. This is a group that trusts the craft of handling what lies before it accurately, rather than grasping in broad strokes.
Their gaze turns not toward the abstract general of humanity, but toward the well-being of particular individuals. They see concretely who is in trouble now and what is needed, take care of others, and tend to the place ── here the character of social justice and charity appears. Their strength is the reliability of reaching out and touching what is concretely in front of them; their weakness is that their field of vision is limited to what is at hand, and they easily lose sight of the overall flow.

The 8 Member Types
Model K Sub-classification ── Static / Dynamic (Si / Se)
This group is further divided into two by the nature of the perceptive function (static / dynamic). For sensing groups, this corresponds to whether the leading sensing element is Si (sensing that grasps continuously and temporally) or Se (sensing that grasps discretely and spatially). Si follows the continuous interplay of body and environment ── comfort, smoothness, the shifting of states. Se holds objects and territories as bounded, discrete spaces and borders. In the Model K Q/D system, each pole contains 4 types.
Dynamic (Si) ── Continuous, Temporal
They stay close to the shifting of states, the flow of comfort and discomfort, and tend to deliver continuous care to the place.
Static (Se) ── Discrete, Spatial
They take hold of objects and resources as something bounded, and tend to work as allocation and management.

The 8 types of the Concrete Processes group are not a tightly-bound group sharing values like a Quadra. Alongside Compass, Belonging, Kindred, and Resonance relations, the group also includes tense relations such as Quasi-Identity and Codependency. It is a practical gathering of people in different positions bound together by heading toward "the same kind of project."
