About This Group

PC4 Founders is a compatible quartet of four rational types. They value common-sense compromise (-Ne) and removing discomfort (-Si), playing the role of maintaining the community's calm daily life.

Unsuited to flashy innovation or struggle, they build order — over the long term, where everyone can feel safe — through careful consensus-building and daily consideration. In their space, conflicts are gently mediated, fine care is taken so no one feels uncomfortable, and quiet but solid stability is cultivated.

The Manager (LSE-Q) implements organizational rules, the Empath (EII-D) warmly connects people, the Harmonizer (ESE-Q) maintains emotional harmony, and the Designer (LII-D) logically assembles order. By stacking unflashy contributions, the community attains gentle dignity and stability.
