What Is Beta Quadra?
Beta Quadra is composed of four types: EIE-Q (Mentor), LSI-D (Inspector), SLE-D (Conqueror), and IEI-Q (Lyricist). While Alpha Quadra values "exploration and harmony," Beta Quadra shares the values of willpower and emotional force, focus on goals, and order and transformation.
Beta Quadra groups have an atmosphere where tension and passion coexist. A culture of "if we do it, we go all in" and "no leaving things ambiguous" emerges naturally.
The atmosphere of Beta Quadra is born from a shared resolve: "This is where we decide."
The 4 Types
Values and Culture of Beta Quadra
The valued functions shared by Beta Quadra are emotional force (Fe), willpower (Se), intuitive vision (Ni), and structural logic (Ti). Emotion and will come as a pair, and "fighting with passion" is a characteristic energy.
Beta Quadra groups tend to naturally develop distinct leader and follower roles. EIE-Q and SLE-D each exercise different forms of leadership, while LSI-D and IEI-Q provide support.
Role in Society
If Alpha Quadra plants the seeds, Beta Quadra is the quadra that brings those seeds to reality through organization and strategy. Beta Quadra's strengths shine in situations that call for rallying people under a strong purpose, such as social movements, politics, military endeavors, and religious organization.
