GUIDED PROFILE · SOCIONICS MODEL K

Consider your Core Type
carefully—
not as a single verdict.

We do not determine a person from a questionnaire alone. This private session compares prior responses, dialogue and observation, then explains the working hypothesis and the evidence behind it.

A person is never explained by Core alone. Acquired Subtype, Accent, situational Mode and lived experience overlap, making every expression unique.

A CAREFUL READING

From classification to an evidence-based hypothesis.

What matters is not deciding a label quickly, but sharing why a hypothesis is plausible and where other possibilities remain.

01

Never reduce a person to one type

Type is not a summary of the whole person. Experience, values and current state remain part of the reading.

02

Compare different sources

Self-report, 160-item response patterns, speech and concrete experience are treated separately. Disagreement is evidence too.

03

Do not force certainty

If several candidates remain, we document the hypothesis, confirmed evidence and open questions instead of forcing closure.

Self-assessment is reported to identify type correctly in about 52–53% of cases. In Socionics, Core Type is reviewed through objective evaluation by experienced profilers. We do not conclude from the questionnaire alone and seek additional perspectives when needed.

ONE PERSON, SEVERAL LAYERS

A cultivated self and the present moment rest upon Core.

The same behaviour can mean different things depending on the layer from which it arose. The profile keeps these layers distinct.

CORE

Core

Enduring foundation

The baseline pattern of information processing and the central subject of this profile.

SUB

Subtype

Direction cultivated over time

A facet developed through roles, learning and environment; it need not match Core.

ACCENT

Accent

What is currently emphasised

A visible tendency shaped by state, experience or other people; it is not proof of Core.

MODE

Mode

Situation, state and mood

A changing expression. We account for it, but do not display it as a fixed diagnostic result.

SESSION RECORD

Session structure

No single impression decides the outcome. Prior material, dialogue and the written record form one review process.

01

Purpose and scheduling

We contact you within three business days. Submission does not confirm a booking or charge.

02

Pre-session questionnaire

Questions about everyday decisions, experience and roles; approximately 15–20 minutes.

03

Dialogue with a profiler

Candidates from the prior material are reviewed against concrete experience and ways of thinking. No special knowledge is required.

04

Hypothesis and report

We organise supporting evidence, interpretive cautions and remaining uncertainty, usually within three to five business days.

SCOPE & ETHICS

What you receive—and what we do not do

BEFORE THE SESSION

Questions to consider beforehand

Do I need prior knowledge?

No. We ask about real experiences and decisions, not your command of terminology.

Can the type remain unresolved?

Yes. If evidence is insufficient, we share the candidates and open questions rather than forcing certainty.

Can the session be online?

Yes, via Zoom. If connection quality or your condition affects observation, we record that limitation.

What if it differs from my self-assessment?

We do not immediately call either result right or wrong. We examine state, acquired Subtype, Accent and concrete experience separately.

Is my information shared?

Not without your consent. If you wish to use it in an organisation, we confirm the scope of sharing first.
