The Socionics Association of Japan (General Incorporated Association; hereinafter referred to as "the Association") has established the following privacy policy to promote the protection of personal information.

"Personal information" refers to information about a living individual, as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, that can identify a specific individual through name, date of birth, or other descriptions.

The Association strives to properly manage personal information and prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and loss. Personal information will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases:

The Association requires subcontractors to sign confidentiality agreements and supervises them appropriately.

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When requested by the individual, the Association will respond without delay to a reasonable extent. However, disclosure may be partially or fully withheld in the following cases:

If personal information is found to be inaccurate, the Association will promptly correct or delete it upon verification of identity.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use)

If an individual requests suspension or deletion of their personal information due to unauthorized collection or use beyond the stated purpose, the Association will investigate and take necessary measures.

Article 8 (Changes to This Policy)

This policy may be revised as needed. Revisions will be published on the website and take effect immediately.

Article 9 (Compliance with Laws)

The Association complies with Japanese laws and regulations regarding personal information.

Article 10 (Complaints and Consultations)

The Association will respond appropriately and promptly to complaints, consultations, and requests for disclosure, correction, or suspension of use.
