Richard Wagner
EIE-Q "指導者" Composer · German · 19th c.19th-century German composer (1813–1883). He created the genre of music drama (Musikdrama) — fusing music and theatre — in works including the Ring cycle, Tristan und Isolde, and Parsifal. He founded the Bayreuth Festival as a stage for his own works. His enormous influence on subsequent music, philosophy, and politics — including his troubling reception by the Nazis — makes him the most debated composer in history.
