Fela Kuti

ESE-Q "調律家" Musician / Activist · Nigerian · 20th c.

Nigerian musician and activist (1938–1997). Creating Afrobeat, he sharply criticised the Nigerian military government. Despite 200+ arrests and destruction of his Kalakuta Republic community, he never stopped. His music remains the defining fusion of African tradition, jazz, and political resistance.

主導機能+Fe-p (Mission & Prestige)

"Zombie" and "Suffer Head" — Afrobeat albums emotionally indicting military dictatorship, capitalism, and neo-colonialism. Continuing public rage despite 200+ arrests.

創造機能-Si-c (Relief & Resolution)

The Kalakuta Republic — thorough management of an independent, clean communal space. Aversion to "Western medicine and food as contamination." Meticulous stage management at The Shrine.

脆弱機能1+Ni-p weak (Prediction & Evolution)

Weak +Ni-p: the consistent pattern of concentration on the present emotional mission pushing long-range trend reading to the background.

脆弱機能2-Te-c weak (Application & Experiment)

Weak -Te-c: neglecting technical counter-measures despite 200+ arrests, difficulty with systematic management of the Kalakuta Republic.

クアドラ・気質・クラブ

クアドラ: Anti-Gamma Quadra (Utopia) — total rejection of "Babylon = γ capitalism and neo-colonialism." African pan-nationalist socialism. The Kalakuta Republic as a -γ utopian community.

気質: Linear-Assertive temperament: advancing the direct indictment "Zombie" in response to the military government's killing of his mother.

クラブ: Socialite Club: standing at the centre of The Afrika Shrine, Kalakuta Republic, and Lagos music scene, transmitting the mission of African liberation through music.

世界観・変化への態度

"The military dictatorship and neo-colonial exploitation of Africa exist" — the direct statement of present reality. The "absent reality" (a free Africa already achieved) is not proclaimed.

変化への態度: Executing Afrobeat as a realistic transformation plan — continuing despite 200+ arrests as a failure-resistant musical resistance.
