What is Socionics?

Socionics is a theory that scientifically explains the structure of personality and human relationships, based on Jungian psychology and proposed by Lithuanian researcher Aušra Augustinavičiūtė.

By focusing on individual "information processing styles," it classifies people into 16 types. Furthermore, our association's original extended model, "Model K," introduces 32-type classification by incorporating the distinction between Questioning (Q) and Declaring (D) subtypes.

Socionics enables understanding and optimization of all relationships — business, romantic, family, and educational — by focusing not only on individual personality but also on the "information compatibility (information metabolism)" between people.

Recommended for:
• Those who want to deeply understand themselves and others
• Those who want to know the reasons behind compatibility and friction in relationships
• Those who want to scientifically approach team composition and talent placement

Socionics Brings Success to Business and Personal Life

Socionics is a theory that scientifically analyzes and predicts behavioral patterns and compatibility of individuals, teams, and society based on the laws of human personality structure and interpersonal relations.

By utilizing this theory, you can open new possibilities in all aspects of human relationships — from optimal team formation and talent placement in business to partnership and friendship compatibility in personal life.

Socionics focuses on the "chemistry" = compatibility between your personality type and others', revealing the reasons for communication and conflict in work, home, romance, and leisure contexts, as well as their solutions.

Most importantly, it enables you to deeply understand yourself while objectively accepting others.
Cherishing your "individuality (subjectivity)" while developing "consideration for others (objectivity)" will be a definite advantage in every aspect of life.
