RELATIONSHIP INTELLIGENCE FOR TEAMS

Beyond labeling people.Move relationships forward with Team Lens.

Team Lens combines individual assessment results with the dynamics between two people. It explains where communication gets stuck, how the other person may see the situation, what to try today, and the exact words you can use.

  • Ready for one-on-ones and feedback
  • Private individual consultations stay private from corporate administrators
  • Never used to automate hiring, dismissal, or promotion decisions

Team Lens perspective

The key may be visibility and a genuine sense of ownership.

The burden may come less from change itself and more from not knowing why the decision changed or what remains theirs to decide.

TODAY’S ACTIONState the result, constraints, and decision space at the outset.
“The result we need is X, with these two constraints. I’d like you to choose how to get there—what approach would work best for you?”

THE GAP

Many “people problems” are really problems in how meaning travels between two people.

Team Lens looks at the individual, the relationship, and the situation—not just personality.

01

The same explanation lands differently

People differ in whether they need the conclusion, reason, example, or human context first.

02

One-on-ones stop at status updates

Without the right questions and pressure level, the conversation never reaches what matters.

03

Assessment results stay on the shelf

A type description alone does not tell a manager what to say tomorrow.

04

Compatibility becomes a score

Differences should inform roles, decisions, and agreements—not label a relationship as simply good or bad.

FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION

Answers that move the conversation—not another report.

Team Lens translates its internal theory into everyday actions and language. Authorized professional users can inspect the reasoning when needed.

CORE PRINCIPLEDo not stop at “why.” Show what to do today.
  1. 01
    VIEW

    The clearest working hypothesis

Lead with the most important possibility in one sentence.

  2. 02
    DYNAMIC

    What is happening between you

Include roles and relationship structure, not personality alone.

  3. 03
    PERSPECTIVE

How it may look to the other person

Keep more than one hypothesis and avoid claiming to know their mind.

  4. 04
    ACTION

    What to try today

Choose one practical action and provide words that can actually be used.

CORE FEATURES

Understand the relationship. Change the message. Learn from what happens.

Consult, try, and evaluate—so assessment results become part of daily work.

01

Ask about yourself, another person, or the relationship.

Uses existing assessment results, relationship patterns, and interview guidance to return a situation-specific hypothesis and one action. A provisional consultation is possible even when the other person has not completed an assessment.

  • Find what may motivate the other person
  • Understand conflict or distance
  • Prepare a useful question and phrase for the next one-on-one
Ask about yourself, another person, or the relationship.

MODEL K FOUNDATION

The AI does not decide your type or relationship.

Type, information-element scores, and relationship codes come from the existing diagnostic logic. AI selects the relevant evidence for the current question and translates it into practical action and language.

Ordinary answers use everyday language. Authorized professional users may inspect the theoretical reasoning.

BUILT FOR RESPONSIBLE USE

Insight should support people—not judge them.

  • No automated employment decisions
  • No medical or mental-health diagnosis
  • No disclosure of private consultations to company administrators
  • No personality ranking or deterministic claims

No. Team Lens does not automate hiring, dismissal, promotion, or other high-impact employment decisions.

Can we start with a small group?

Yes. The trial can be scoped to a team, selected managers, or a specific use case.
