Rumi (Jalāl ad-Dīn Rūmī)
IEI-Q "空想作家" Sufi Poet · Persian · 13th c.Persian Sufi poet and mystic (1207–1273). The Masnavi — his masterwork exploring divine love and the soul's journey across 6 volumes and 25,000 verses — is the supreme achievement of Sufi literature. The whirling Mevlevi dervishes embody his teaching that ecstatic movement brings the soul closer to God.
