LII-D "Architect" Educator / Theologian · Czech · 17th c.Czech educator and theologian (1592–1670). In the Didactica Magna he systematised "teaching everything to everyone" — regarded as the father of modern education. His Orbis Pictus is considered the first illustrated textbook. One of the most consequential thinkers in the history of education.
