Questim tends to reopen an established evaluation. Declatim tends to retain it as the basis for further processing. This is separate from doubtfulness or confidence.
This is separate from the frequency of questions asked, confidence, and skepticism. Also distinguish between dispositions and temporary states.

We also leave room for reconsideration of evaluations once given. It manifests itself as bringing previous conclusions back into the conversation and reworking them from different sources and perspectives.
- Even if it has already been agreed upon, if we feel that there is a point in considering it, we will put it back on the agenda.
- When communicating your evaluation, indicate where you can take things and what you can reconsider.
That's how I evaluated it, but I'd like to think about it again.
If you are too biased towards re-opening the evaluation, the other party who wants to proceed based on that evaluation may find it difficult to find a firm footing.
Declatim
Maintain the established evaluation and proceed with understanding and action from there. It appears as a figure that shows the conclusion that has been reached as the premise of the story and what will be dealt with next.
