Irrationality

It appears as someone who accepts the events in front of them and their own state, and then thinks about how to respond. Even in consultations, we first try to understand “what is going on right now.”

  • When I receive a consultation, I discuss current circumstances and changes before making a conclusion.
  • When explaining a policy, explain how the current situation led to that decision.
This is the situation I'm in right now, so I want to handle it this way.

If you are biased towards continuing to accept the state, you may postpone coming to a conclusion even in situations where you need to make a decision.

Rationality

It appears as a way of positioning the events in front of you based on your own judgment and the policies you have adopted. When we talk about a situation, how we judge it becomes the main focus of the conversation.

  • When consulted, we will explain the criteria for judgment and the course of action that should be taken and sort out the situation.
  • Position new requests in the context of previously determined objectives and handling.
Considering this policy, the current situation can be handled as follows.

If you are biased towards using judgment as a scaffold, you may fail to pick up on changes in the situation that do not fit within that premise.
