The IEE-D "Promoter" is an evangelist of ideas who sees through to the fascination and possibility sleeping deep within people and things, and spreads their appeal as if lighting a flame in each individual heart.

The Promoter takes in what is before them not by "how it looks right now" but by "what it could truly become." Within ordinary people and overlooked notions, they find worth no one has noticed and unexpected connections. Into what everyone takes for granted, they slip a reversed angle ── "but couldn't you also put it this way?" Their eye is always turned to the gap between the official line and the true feeling, to the slippage between front and back. They are someone open to possibility, who never loses the capacity to be delighted.

And this person does not simply keep to themselves the fascination they have found. They intuit "this will resonate with that person in particular," and while reading the movements of another's heart, they deliver it so as to touch that person's very heartstrings. Rather than whipping up a crowd all at once, they gently move people's feelings through one-to-one resonance with a sure, tangible response. Passing along, from person to person, what they believe to be good ── in this they are less a skillful advertiser than an evangelist who speaks and spreads what they truly believe in.
