The Quadra in a Word
"A gentle, tolerant world of citizens where everyone's voice is heard"

The World of This Quadra

Step into the world of the Anti-Beta Quadra (-β) and the first thing you notice is the softness of the air. No one shouts. No one gives orders. People walk at their own pace, exchange quiet words with their neighbors, and go about their daily lives with care.

This is a "Democratic" society — a civil society.

Power is desacralized to the greatest possible extent: the president commutes by public transport. Decision-making is distributed as widely as possible across various social structures, and local problems are solved by the local people themselves. The inherent value of every life — even that of the "little" person — is recognized. Horizontal ties pervade every corner of society, and every member holds equal worth.

Humanism and a culture of tolerance. A deep conviction in peace. Respect for each person's way of living. That is the spirit that runs through the world of -β.
